Ordering Guide

(Ordering – Shipping – Delivery – Tracking – Taxes)

 

Ordering & Payments: 

Yiassu.com accepts orders from all countries and in any currency. The payments accepted are (i) Revolut (ii)PayPal (iii) Credit Card (vi) Bank Transfer.

For Revolut payments: If you choose this method of payment at the Checkout page, then you need to place your order and then with your Revolut app make your payment directly to our Revolut account (@yiassu). Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our Revolut account.

For PayPal payments: If you choose this method of payment at the Checkout page, then you will be transferred to PayPal login page where you will need to make the payment to our company account email (Boss@yiassu.com)

For Credit Card payments: If you choose this method of payment at the Checkout page, then you will need to fill in your credit card details and then place your order.

For Bank Transfer payments: If you choose this method of payment at the Checkout page, then you need to place your order and then make the transfer via your bank to our company bank account (details below). Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our Bank account.

Note: For any payment method you choose for your order(s) at Yiassu.com, your data are safeguarded under security protocols we have in place and your payment is always protected by local (Cyprus) and European laws and regulations.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Local (Cyprus) customers can choose at the ‘Checkout’ page to have the order delivered (i) to the nearest ACS courier office or (ii) directly to their home.
  • International customer orders are always shipped directly to the shipping address. (Please note that in some countries instead of delivering the order directly to the shipping address, the courier/postal services might choose to notify customer to pick up the order instead).
  • Delivery time in general for “In-Stock” products is estimated to be 2 workdays for domestic (Cyprus) orders and 10 workdays for International orders. Delivery in general for “Backorder” products is estimated to be 10 workdays for domestic (Cyprus) orders and 15 workdays for International orders.
  • Shipping & delivery time is always calculated on working days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
  • All Yiassu.com shipments are covered by international insurance. That means you will always receive your order or if for any reason the order is lost, you will get a refund.

Delivery Notification:

For domestic (Cyprus) orders: Products are shipped by using local courier service(s). Once the order is shipped, an email is sent to customer with the tracking code, to follow up with the delivery. If customer have chosen “Home Delivery”, the package will be delivered directly to the Shipping Address the customer have indicated in  the order. If customer have chosen “Pick Up From Nearest Courier Service” then the courier service will notify customer with a message (sms and/or Viber message) to visit and collect the order once it arrives a the courier office. Customer then will have 10 days allowance to visit and collect. In case the package/order will not be collected in time, it will be returned back to Yiassu.com. Subsequent delivery to customer will have an extra cost and it will be burden by the customer.

For International orders: Products are shipped by using air post. Once the order is shipped, an email is sent to customer with the tracking code, to follow up with the delivery. Once products arrived at customers country, they will be then delivered directly to customers address (if its a small package) or they will be delivered to the nearest post office and customer will be notified by a message or a paper notification at the mail to visit the post office and collect.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost depends on the country of shipment and also on the total order weight. It is calculated automatically when you are making your order and adding your shipping address at the Checkout page. You can see the total cost of your order with the Shipping cost before you place the order.

Order Tracking:

A tracking number is always emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. Please make sure you check both in Inbox & Spam folders to find our email. To avoid having our emails going to your spam folder, please add  ‘hello@yiassu.com’ to your contacts address book.

Taxes:

  • VAT tax: Yiassu.com is based in a European country (Cyprus), therefore a 19% default VAT tax is already included in all product prices.
  • Local Taxes: These can be local/country random taxes that might occur when the order arrive at customers shipping country and cannot be foreseen or estimated. Please check with your local authorities to estimate if any taxes apply when your order will arrive at your country.

VAT Tax explained:

  • Customers from outside European Union, do not pay VAT tax. So, if you are ordering from a country outside European Union, the VAT Tax will be REMOVED from the product price when you visit the “CART” or the “CHECKOUT” page.
  • Customers from a European Union country, pay VAT tax. So, if you are ordering from a country inside European Union, you will pay the full amount of the product price which already includes the VAT Tax.

You have rights:

Buying from Yiassu.com (Yiassu Shop Ltd) entitles you with European Union rights and you are covered by EU consumer rules. That means your data and payment are always safeguarded and protected and your order is always secured until the delivery.
