Suggested use
Groom shorthaired cats every few days, following the direction of hair growth. Longhaired cats need to be brushed daily using flowing, upward strokes separating the hair as necessary. Avoid removing too much hair at one time. Watch for mats behind the ears, on chest, stomach and hind legs.
Warnings
The undercoat is shed during spring and grows again in the fall. During this time period, use only a Safari® cat comb or brush to avoid thinning the coat too much.
