Eligibility

 Accessing Yiassu.com and viewing the products and/or services does not require any registration.

However, if you decide to become a Yiassu.com Shop registered Buyer (Customer), you can then receive occasional special products discounts by email notifications and be the first to know when a new product is released or discounted. To become a registered Buyer, you must:

– Complete the registration process; (registration LINK)

– Agree to Yiassu.com Terms and Conditions;

– Provide true, complete and up-to-date contact information.

By using Yiassu.com, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you will not use the website in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

We may refuse service, close accounts of any user, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

 

Yiassu.com: User Buyer accounts

Once you registered as a “Buyer” (user) at Yiassu.com. you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You are also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized it’s use. You should immediately notify Yiassu.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked accounts. We do not have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may ONLY reset your password.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable guidelines or policies.

 

Products & Vendors

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturers or Vendors of the products sold on Yiassu.com. Yiassu.com is a Marketplace, an online shopping hub at which domestic (Cyprus) as well as international Vendors registered and selling products. While we work to ensure that product information on the website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on Yiassu.com. Colors may also differ.

Yiassu.com, thoroughly reviews ALL the Vendors prior them being able to sell their products at Yiassu.com market. Being a registered company in Cyprus, Yiassu.com abides to local as well as European laws and regulations. For this reason we thoroughly review and audit each and every Vendor prior approving them to sell at our online shop. All Vendors receive an approval “Badge” (a blue ticked marked visible under each Vendor’s product listing) once they pass the audit.

 

Payments

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data. Please do not disclose this personal information to nobody.

The payments available are (1) Revolut (2) PayPal (3) Credit/Debit Card (4) Bank Transfer.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time for each of the products online, is mentioned on each product page.

Shipping and delivery generally goes like this: (i) if a product is shown to be “in-stock” then the shipping & delivery takes 1 day for Cyprus and 10 days for any other country and (ii) if a product is shown to be “backorder” then the shipping & delivery is estimated 10-14 days for Cyprus and any other country.

Logically, we do not take responsibility for order dispatch and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service or unforeseen delays caused by any of the courier services.

Delivery & Notification:

For domestic (Cyprus) orders: Products are shipped by using local courier service(s). Once the order is shipped, an email is sent to customer with the tracking code, to follow up with the delivery. If customer have chosen “Home Delivery”, the package will be delivered directly to the shipping address the customer have indicated in the order. If customer have chosen “Pick Up From Nearest Courier Service” then the courier service will notify customer with a message (sms and/or Viber message) to visit and collect the order once it arrives at the courier office.

For International orders: Products are shipped by using air post. Once the order is shipped, if the shipment method allows it then an email is sent to customer with the tracking code, to follow up with the delivery. Once products arrived at customers country, they will be then delivered directly to customers address (if its a small package) or they will be delivered to the nearest post office and customer will be notified by a message or a paper notification at the mail to visit the post office and collect.

Notes:

  1. For all orders, in case the package/order will not be collected in time after customer is being notified, the package will be returned back to Yiassu.com. Subsequent delivery to customer will have an extra cost and it will be burden by the customer.
  2. Please note that there are instances where a tracking number cannot be emailed to the customer. That is because the courier agent for a certain product/weight and/or for a certain country etc, cannot provide us one. Therefore please check your emails frequently. If you do not receive a tracking notification from our side, then you do not need to worry. We are following up with the delivery and we will only close your order at Yiassu.com once we are certain the order/package is delivered to you.
  3. If a tracking number is provided by the courier agent and is emailed to you, then please follow up with the delivery and make sure you respond to the notifications on the tracking website and claim your package once it arrives to your country/location. Failure to do so will result the package remaining unclaimed and then it will be returned to us. In these instances, customers will need to pay again the delivery cost for the package to be re-sent.

Shipping / Delivery Insurance

All products sold at Yiassu.com are shipped with a covering insurance. Therefore in case of products not being delivered to the customer for any reason, customers will be compensated the full amount of  the order.

Delivery charges:

Delivery (domestic or international), is calculated at the Cart page and at the Checkout page as well, based on the country of residence of the customer and the total weight of the order.

Return /  Cancel Orders

Cancelling an order: An order may be cancelled within maximum 12 hours after the order was placed, given that is not already processed and/or shipped. To cancel an order, you need to email our customer service at Hello@yiassu.com by mentioning your order number and your wish to cancel it. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive an electronic Credit Voucher to be used for your next order at OR you can choose a refund. For the refund, you will be refunded the full amount of your order minus the shipping fee and any payment fees charged by Bank/PayPal when you placed your order initially. Credit vouchers / money refunds, will be emailed / deposited to your account within 14 days after the cancellation of the order.

Returning an order: Orders can be returned within maximum 14 days after delivery. To return your order: you need to email our shop at Hello@yiassu.com and express your intention for returning the order. Then you need to return the package/order at our shop address: Lakatamia P.O.Box 12027 Lakatamia, Nicosia / Cyprus. Returning fees, if any, are burden by the customer.  For returned orders, you can choose to receive an electronic Credit Voucher to be used for your next order  OR you can choose a refund. For the refund, you will be refunded the full amount of your order minus the shipping fee and any payment fees charged by Bank/PayPal when you placed your order initially. Credit Vouchers / Refunds, will be emailed / deposited to your account within 14 days after the return of the goods/order.

You cannot return orders for:

  • Goods made to order or clearly personalized – such as a any custom made product, any personalized product.
  • Sealed products, such as sealed/boxed items (accessories or furniture etc), DVDs or wrapped/sealed toys or furniture or any other product which you have unsealed upon receipt.
  • Any online digital content, such as ‘Downloads” or Digital Gift Cards etc
  • Goods bought from a private individual (Vendor) rather than a company.
  • Urgent repairs or installation or maintenance contracts – i.e.: if you order a light fixture and paid for installation, you can’t cancel the work once you have agreed on the price of the service.

Faulty or Defective products

For returning faulty or defective products, the same as ‘Returning an Order’ applies as described above.

**Important** Damages from shipping / handling:

Upon receiving your order, always check and inspect the package in front of the courier / delivery agent BEFORE you accept it. Take photos of the package and if you notice any damages then report that to the delivery agent/post on the spot. We cannot entertained or refund products/orders been damaged from shipping/handling UNLESS they are reported to the courier/post agent upon receiving your order!

Changes to the Buyers Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or update our Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes or updates will be posted on this web-page.
